We are a nonpartisan group of lawyers and citizens, deeply concerned about partisan loyalists making bad rulings based on loyalty or favor.  As we see more Americans distrusting the legal system than ever before, these types of ethical lapses will only serve to harm people and our very democracy.

When Donald Trump became President-Elect for the second time, we wanted to do all that we could to educate fellow citizens on how to raise a red flag when they see a unethical behavior, self-dealing, or other misconduct by a judge.

During the 2024 Presidential Campaign, the GOP nominee repeatedly stated that he would award loyalists and punish challengers. The result? People are quieter than ever.
